Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days , excluding holidays .

Once an order is processed and delivered to a shipping facility , it is beyond our control .

Delays due to weather , federal holidays , damaged or missing labels , mishandling by carrier, wrong address, stolen or lost packages and custom delays are beyond our control.

If these issues arise , please contact USPS directly and file a claim .

International orders are subject to paid shipping , duty and tax by customers.

Once orders are shipped customers will receive an email with tracking information and is responsible for tracking and receiving packages .
